Job description
For our business support team we seek a new Finance Manager.
Responsible for reporting:
- Monthly, quarterly (consolidated) and annual reporting to Group
- Prepare the Statutory Accounts as well as any other related documents
- External audit of our financial accounts
- Respond to Norwegian authorities on tax requests and inquiries
Overall responsible for the accounting of the legal entity, including ensuring appropriate and effective processes
Forecast and budget processes, including Foreign Exchange and Cash Flow
Super user for ERP and other internal systems and tools
Coordination with our Shared Service Centers in Krakow (Poland) and Calcutta (India)
Responsible for understanding the tax implications of working in foreign jurisdictions for both compliance and transfer pricing considerations
Ensuring that appropriate internal controls are in place for accounting
Other ad hoc projects
Assist CFO with finance and accounting related tasks
Qualifications
Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Auditing or Tax
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting and tax, from audit or similar position in an international company
Proficient user of Office products, especially Excel
Excellent communications skills in both Norwegian and English – able to communicate accounting and tax matters to senior management
